Important Info

  • Portable bathrooms are available in the Festival area
  • Service animals only. Comfort and emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted
  • Inclement Weather Policy: The Spring Festival is a weather dependent event. If Butler’s Orchard cancels activities due to weather, a coupon code will be e-mailed to all ticketed guests to rebook for another day of the Spring Festival or farm admission during the Summer and Fall seasons (including Pumpkin Festival). Full refunds will be available upon request if Butler’s Orchard cancels activities.

Refund Policy *NEW for 2026!*

Spring Festival tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE!

  • Tickets can be sent to another person without any penalty. Simply forward your electronic tickets via email or text!
  • Tickets can be transferred to another date (request must occur at least 24 hours in advance of ticket time) without any penalty, but may incur additional charges depending on date choice. Using the link in your confirmation email, create an account in order to adjust your ticket date or time.

If Butler’s Orchard decides to close the Spring Festival due to inclement weather, all ticketholders will be contacted via email with instructions on how to reschedule their visit. If rescheduling is not an option, a refund can be requested by emailing our office at info@butlersorchard.com
