Bunnyland Barn

$150 + ticket cost

Host your small group event in our Bunnyland Party Barn!  The Barn is located in the Farm Park and close to all the Bunnyland activities yet provides privacy and a reserved space to gather with family and friends.

There are 3 time slots available for your reservation.  Each reservation is 2 hours, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the Bunnyland activities before/after your reservation time but we do ask that you clear the picnic space by the end of your specified reservation.

Bunnyland Party Barn Reservation Times:
9:30 am –  11:30 am
12:00 pm –  2:00 pm
2:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Admission to Bunnyland is not included and must be purchased separately for each guest.
All guests, including hosts/hostesses and guests of honor must pay Bunnyland admission  ($10/person).  You may purchase tickets for your guests and email them ahead of your party.

Weather Policy
Bunnyland is a weather dependent event. If Butler’s Orchard closes Bunnyland for the day due to weather, we are happy to help you reschedule your party or we will refund your reservation fee. Tickets for entry may be used for any Bunnyland date or may be returned by the party host only for a refund through our office.

Evening Private Bonfires and Hayrides

$295+

Looking for an outdoor option to get together with friends, family members or co-workers?  Then look no further!  A Private Bonfire Site at Butler’s Orchard is your answer!  You can even add a private tractor driven hayride under the stars over the rolling hills of our 300 acre farm.  You and your guests will then enjoy a picture-worthy crackling bonfire where you can enjoy roasting hot dogs and making s’mores!  Your group can socialize, enjoy the stars and the open night air at your own private space.

 

Each reservation starts with your own private Bonfire Site and goes from there.  You are able to choose from 4 options for your evening event.

$295 ($345 Peak*) – Private Bonfire Site for up to 25 People

Up to 25 people (under age 2 not included), additional people are $15/person, maximum 50 people/site reservation.

$395 ($445 Peak*) – Private Bonfire Site and a Hayride for up to 25 People

Up to 25 people (under age 2 not included), additional people are $15/person, maximum 50 people/site reservation.

$495 ($545 Peak*) – Private Bonfire Site for up to 50 People

$645 ($695 Peak*) – Private Bonfire Site and a Hayride for up to 50 People

There is a maximum of 50 people per site reservation, if you have more than 50 people you must make an additional site reservation.

 

All reservations include a private Bonfire Site with 1 picnic table (2 tables for 50 person sites), a fire and enough firewood to burn for approximately 2 – 2 1/2  hours. Hayride reservations also include a crisp apple for each of your guests (based on seasonal availability). Our staff will set your fire and light it for you. If you are having a hayride, your fire will be lit when you return from your 30 minute private hayride. Your hayride is scheduled at the start of your reservation time – please plan for you and your guests to arrive on time or they will miss out on the hayride!

You are welcome to stay and enjoy your private site until 11:00 pm when the Farm closes, no matter when your reservation starts.  Depending on how long you plan to stay, consider adding extra firewood to your reservation to insure your fires will last for your entire stay.  We ask that you plan to have your site clean and be ready to depart the Farm by 11:00 pm.  If you would like to stay past 11:00 pm, extended time may be added to your reservation, but MUST be arranged and paid for ahead of time.

 

Weather Policy
Often, a rainy day will turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait and see approach.  Wagons, hay and wood are all kept dry and ready to go!  We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if Hayrides need to be cancelled due to weather.  You are able to reschedule or receive a full refund if your Hayride or Bonfire is cancelled on the day of your reservation due to weather.

Pre-Harvest Party

$150

While our crops are soaking up the Spring sunshine and ripening for our regular picking season, you can still enjoy all our Farm Park has to offer!

Pre-Harvest Party Reservation times:

Each group is allowed 2 ½ hours from scheduled start time, cleanup and setup included.   Please plan accordingly.

Each reservation is $150 and includes up to 25 people (under 12 months is free).  Additional guests can be added for $5/person.

$100 – Add a trolley ride! Even though you are unable to trolley out to the fields to pick, you can still arrange a 20 minute tractor driven wagon/trolley tour around the Farm!

$245 – Potential to add Strawberry picking!  Depending on Mother Nature’s timeline, there is a possibility that our Strawberry crop will be ripe and ready to pick on some of these dates – but there is no guarantee!  If Strawberries are available to pick on the date of your party, you will have the option to add a picking activity to your party.  The price to add picking is $245 (if you have more than 25 guest, there will be a $15/person charge for the additional guests above 25) and will include:

  • A private, guided tractor driven wagon/trolley ride to the Strawberry field.
  • Each member of your group will receive their own container to fill with fresh strawberries to take home.

Pre-Harvest Party Reservations at Butler’s Orchard include:

  • A covered, reserved picnic space with 5 picnic tables for your group that includes access to electricity
  • Full access to our 5 acre Farm Park where you can:
    • Swoosh down the Giant Slides
    • Climb on the Wooden Play Structures
    • Ride the Pedal Tractors
    • Visit our Barnyard Buddies

Food packages and food items can be ordered online when making your reservation
or by calling the office at 301-428-0444. Food orders must be placed at least 5 days before your party.

You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol). Grills are not permitted.

Your Party will begin with a private, guided, tractor-driven wagon/trolley ride to a Pick Your Own field.  Enjoy picking the crop of the season in a private section of the field.  Each member of your group will receive their own container to fill with the fresh crop to take home.  Learn directly from a Butler employee about the Farm and the crop you are picking. After picking you will return to your reserved picnic space where you can enjoy our 5 Acre Farm Park.

If your party exceeds 25 guests, there is $15.00/person fee for each additional guest.

All crops subject to availability. Dates are approximate. Weather conditions and demand determine the supply of our crops. 
June – Strawberries
Late June and July – Blueberries or Flowers
July and August – Thorn free Blackberries or Flowers
August and September – Raspberries, Apples, Flowers, Potatoes, Sweet Cherry Tomatoes or Sweet Peppers

Harvest Party Reservations at Butler’s Orchard include:

Daytime Campfire Sites

$150 + ticket cost

Host your small group event at one of our Daytime Campfire Sites! It’s the ideal location to gather with friends and family and enjoy Butler’s Pumpkin Festival activities.  Each site includes a Campfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! All sites are reserved and paid for in advance.

Daytime Campfire Site Reservation Times:
10:00 am – 1:00 pm
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Admission to the Pumpkin Festival is NOT INCLUDED and MUST be purchased separately for each guest.
All guests, including hosts/hostesses and guests of honor must have a ticket to the Pumpkin Festival. You may purchase tickets for your guests and email them ahead of your party.

The Pumpkin Festival is a weather dependent event. If Butler’s Orchard closes the Pumpkin Festival for the day due to weather, we are happy to help you reschedule your party or we will refund your reservation fee.

Butler’s Policies:

A credit card is required and will be charged at the time you make your reservation.  You will receive an email confirmation.

Please bring all paper goods, table coverings, and any decorations that you would like to use.  All decorations must be disposed of or taken with you when you vacate your picnic space.

Trash cans and recycling bins are provided.  We ask that your site be left in the same condition as you found it.  We will take away all bagged trash. (Excludes Private Bonfire Sites)

You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol).  Grills are not permitted.

Piñatas, any type of confetti/table glitter and water balloons are not permitted.

Portable restrooms are located a short walk from the party areas.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will provide a full refund 30 days or more before your event
  • 50% refund 14- 29 days before your event
  • No refund less than 14 days prior to your event.  We are happy to help you reschedule.
  • If there is any doubt about the weather the morning of your party, please call us.  In most cases, we can provide covered space for you if a stray shower moves through the area.  If it is too wet, we will be happy to reschedule your party, or if necessary, provide a refund.

 

Trained Service animals are welcome.  Comfort or emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted at Butler’s Orchard.
