Daytime Campfire Sites

$195 + per person ticket cost

Host your small group event at one of our Daytime Campfire Sites! It’s the ideal location to gather with friends and family and enjoy Butler’s Pumpkin Festival activities.  Each site includes a Campfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! All sites are reserved and paid for in advance.

Evening Private Bonfires and Hayrides

Starting at $295

Looking to have an outdoor get-together with friends, family members or co-workers?  Then look no further!  A Private Bonfire Site at Butler’s Orchard is your answer (and you can even add a private tractor driven hayride under the stars over the rolling hills of our 300 acre farm)! You and your guests will enjoy a picture-worthy crackling bonfire where you can roast hot dogs and make s’mores!  Your group can socialize and enjoy the stars & the open night air at your own private space.

Butler’s Policies:

A credit card is required and will be charged at the time you make your reservation.  You will receive an email confirmation.

Please bring all paper goods, table coverings, and any decorations that you would like to use.  All decorations must be disposed of or taken with you when you vacate your picnic space. If you order a food package from us, all necessary items (i.e. plates, cutlery, cups) that correspond to you order will be provided.

Trash cans and recycling bins are provided.  We ask that your site be left in the same condition as you found it.  We will take away all bagged trash. (Excludes Private Bonfire Sites)

You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol).  Grills are not permitted.

Piñatas, any type of confetti/table glitter and water balloons are not permitted.

Portable restrooms are located a short walk from the party areas.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will provide a full refund 30 days or more before your event
  • 50% refund 14- 29 days before your event
  • No refund less than 14 days prior to your event.  We are happy to help you reschedule.
  • If there is any doubt about the weather the morning of your party, please call us. The Office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so please use option 3 to speak to the Market staff. In most cases, we can provide covered space for you if a stray shower moves through the area.  If it is too wet, we will be happy to reschedule your party, or if necessary, provide a refund.

 

Trained Service animals are welcome.  Comfort or emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted at Butler’s Orchard.
