Bunnyland Parties

$195 + per person ticket cost & fee

Host your small group get-together during Bunnyland!  There are 2 locations available.  The Party Barn and the Barnyard Tent are located in the Farm Park and close to all the Bunnyland activities yet provide privacy and a reserved space to gather with family and friends.

There are 2 time slots available for your reservation.  Each reservation is 3 hours. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the Bunnyland activities before/after your reservation time but we do ask that you clear the picnic space by the end of your reservation. Please plan accordingly!

Bunnyland Party Reservation Times:
10:00 am –  1:00 pm
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Admission to Bunnyland is required.  It is not included with your reservation and must be purchased separately for each guest.
All guests, including hosts/hostesses and guests of honor must pay Bunnyland admission  ($12/person).  You may purchase tickets for your guests and share them with guests ahead of your party.  Ticket information is provided in your confirmation email after booking your party.

Goat Food Package – 10 cups/$20 (Maximum 3 packages per party)
Each cup contains 4 servings and is perfect for sharing between 2-3 people.

Mini-Digger Package – 10 tokens/$30 (Maximum 3 packages per party)
Each token gives you 3 minutes of digging time in the sand!

Weather Policy
Bunnyland is a weather dependent event. If Butler’s Orchard closes Bunnyland for the day due to weather, we are happy to help you reschedule your party when available, or we will refund your reservation fee. Tickets for entry may be used for any Bunnyland date or may be returned by the party host only for a refund through our office.

Food packages must be purchased at least 5 days in advance of your party. Food packages and food items can be ordered online when making your reservation or by calling the office at 301-428-0444. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks (no alcohol)!

Pre-Harvest Party

$195 (up to 30 guests), $300 (up to 50 guests)

While our crops are soaking up the Spring sunshine and ripening for our regular picking season, you can still enjoy all our Farm Park has to offer!

Pre-Harvest Party Reservations at Butler’s Orchard include:

  • A covered, reserved picnic space that includes access to electricity
  • 6 standard picnic tables (with benches attached)
  • 1 serving table
  • Up to 30 guests or up to 50 guests depending on the party size reserved (all guests age 2 and older are included in the count for your party)
  • Full access to our 5 acre Farm Park where you can:
    • Swoosh down the Giant Slides
    • Climb on the Wooden Play Structures
    • Ride the Pedal Tractors
    • Visit our Barnyard Buddies

Add a private tractor driven trolley ride for $100 (20 minute tour around the Farm)!

Your Party begins with your guests arriving to your reserved picnic space. Once your guests have arrived, you will be picked up by your tractor driven trolley for your ride to the field and your picking activity. Each guest receives a container to fill with the crop of the season. The picking activity takes approximately 1 hour. After picking, you and your guests will return to your party space where you can enjoy our 5 Acre Farm Park and any other activities you may have planned.  If you ordered any food packages from Farmer’s Porch, they will be delivered to your site at this time.

 

Harvest Party Reservations at Butler’s Orchard include:

  • Up to 30 people or up to 50 people, depending on the party size reserved (all guests age 2 and older are included in the count for your party)
  • A covered, reserved picnic space that includes access to electricity

All crops subject to availability. Dates are approximate. Weather conditions and demand determine the supply of our crops.

Daytime Campfire Sites

$195 - $245 + per person ticket cost & fee

Host your small group event at one of our Daytime Campfire Sites! It’s the ideal location to gather with friends and family and enjoy Butler’s Pumpkin Festival activities.  Each site includes a Campfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! All sites are reserved and paid for in advance. Pumpkin Festival admission is required for all guests and is purchased separately.

Evening Private Bonfires and Hayrides

Starting at $295

Looking to have an outdoor get-together with friends, family members or co-workers?  Then look no further!  A Private Bonfire Site at Butler’s Orchard is your answer (and you can even add a private tractor driven hayride under the stars over the rolling hills of our 300 acre farm)! You and your guests will enjoy a picture-worthy crackling bonfire where you can roast hot dogs and make s’mores!  Your group can socialize and enjoy the stars & the open night air at your own private space.

Butler’s Policies:

A credit card is required and will be charged at the time you make your reservation.  You will receive an email confirmation.

Please bring any table coverings and decorations that you would like to use.  All decorations must be disposed of or taken with you when you vacate your picnic space. If you order a food package from us, all necessary items (i.e. plates, cutlery, cups) that correspond to you order will be provided.

Trash cans and recycling bins are provided.  We ask that your site be left in the same condition as you found it.  We will take away all bagged trash. (Excludes Private Bonfire Sites)

You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol).  Grills are not permitted.

Piñatas, any type of confetti/table glitter and water balloons are not permitted.

Portable restrooms are located a short walk from the party areas.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will provide a full refund 30 days or more before your event
  • 50% refund 14- 29 days before your event
  • No refund less than 14 days prior to your event.  We are happy to help you reschedule.
  • If there is any doubt about the weather the morning of your party, please call us. The Office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so please use option 3 to speak to the Market staff. In most cases, we can provide covered space for you if a stray shower moves through the area.  If it is too wet, we will be happy to reschedule your party, or if necessary, provide a refund.

 

Trained Service animals are welcome.  Comfort or emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted at Butler’s Orchard.
