Bunnyland and Blossom Parties

$195 + per person ticket cost & fee

Consider hosting your next small group gathering at one of our Spring Festivals! We have two great locations available: the Party Barn and our new Party Pavilion, both located in the Farm Park. These spots are conveniently close to all the Festival activities, while also providing a private and reserved area for you to spend time with your guests.

There are two available time slots for your reservation, each lasting for three hours. You’re welcome to enjoy the Festival activities before or after your reservation time, but please make sure to clear the party space by the end of your reservation. Please plan accordingly!

Spring Festival Party Reservation Times:
10:00 am –  1:00 pm
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Please note that an admission ticket to the Festival is required for all guests, including hosts/hostesses and guests of honor. The admission ticket is not included in your party reservation and must be purchased separately for each guest. You will receive information about purchasing admission tickets in the confirmation email after booking your party. Please ensure that all your guests have an admission ticket ($12/person) before arriving at the Festival. You may purchase tickets for your guests and share them with them prior to the party.

 

Food Policy (New for 2024):
Please note that Butler’s Orchard does not allow guests to bring in outside food or beverages during party reservations, except for cakes and cupcakes. However, The Farmer’s Porch, located within the Farm Park, offers a range of freshly made food packages and drink options for your party at Butler’s Orchard. We highly recommend that you take advantage of the convenience and quality of options available to ensure that your party is a memorable success at the Farm. We deliver right to your party! If you choose to bring in your own food or beverages or have them delivered to your party site at Butler’s Orchard, a fee of $75 per party will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of this policy.

Weather Policy
The Spring Festivals are subject to weather conditions. If Butler’s Orchard closes for the day due to weather, we would be happy to assist you in rescheduling your party or refund your reservation fee. Tickets for entry may be used for any Bunnyland or Blossom Festival date. If you wish to return them, only the party host may do so by contacting our office for a refund.

Pre-Harvest Party

$195 (up to 30 guests), $300 (up to 50 guests)

While our crops are soaking up the Spring sunshine and ripening for our regular picking season, you can still enjoy all our Farm Park has to offer!

Pre-Harvest Party Reservations at Butler’s Orchard include:

  • A covered, reserved picnic space that includes access to electricity
  • 6 standard picnic tables (with benches attached)
  • 1 serving table
  • Up to 30 guests or up to 50 guests depending on the party size reserved (all guests age 2 and older are included in the count for your party)
  • Full access to our 5 acre Farm Park where you can:
    • Swoosh down the Giant Slides
    • Climb on the Wooden Play Structures
    • Ride the Pedal Tractors
    • Visit our Barnyard Buddies

Add a private tractor driven trolley ride for $100 (20 minute tour around the Farm)!

Your Party will begin with your guests arriving to your reserved picnic space. At the start of your party (either 10:00am or 2:00pm) you will be picked up by your private tractor driven trolley for your ride to the field and your picking activity. Each guest receives a container to fill with the crop of the season. The picking activity takes approximately 1 hour. After picking, you and your guests will return to the Farm Park where you can enjoy your party space and our 5 Acre Farm Park.

Late May into June – Strawberries
Late June and July – Blueberries or Flowers
July and August – Thorn free Blackberries or Flowers
August and September – Raspberries, Apples, Flowers, Potatoes, Sweet Cherry Tomatoes or Sweet Peppers
All crops are subject to availability. Dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Weather conditions and supply determine the availability of our crops. 

Harvest Party Reservations at Butler’s Orchard include:

  • Up to 30 people or up to 50 people, depending on the party size reserved (all guests age 2 and older are included in the count for your party)

Daytime Campfire Sites

$195 - $245 + per person ticket cost & fee

Host your small group event at one of our Daytime Campfire Sites! It’s the ideal location to gather with friends and family and enjoy Butler’s Pumpkin Festival activities.  Each site includes a Campfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! All sites are reserved and paid for in advance. Pumpkin Festival admission is required for all guests and is purchased separately.

Evening Private Bonfires and Hayrides

Starting at $295

Looking to have a casual, outdoor get-together with friends, family members or co-workers?  Then look no further!  A Private Bonfire Site at Butler’s Orchard is your answer (you can also add a private tractor driven hayride under the stars over the rolling hills of our 300 acre farm)! You and your guests will enjoy a picture-worthy crackling bonfire where you can roast hot dogs and make s’mores!  Your group can socialize and enjoy the stars & the open night air at your own private space.

Payment Policy:

  • A credit card is required and will be charged the full amount of your reservation when you make your booking.  You will receive an email confirmation.

Decoration Policy:

  • Table decorations (ie, table coverings, center pieces, etc.) and most other decorations are permitted, but must be disposed of or taken with you at the end of your reservation.
  • Piñatas, any type of confetti/table glitter and water balloons are not permitted.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will provide a full refund 30 days or more before your event
  • 50% refund 14- 29 days before your event
  • No refund less than 14 days prior to your event.  We are happy to help you reschedule.
  • If there is any doubt about the weather the morning of your party, please call us. The Office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so please use option 3 to speak to the Market staff. In most cases, we can provide covered space for you if a stray shower moves through the area.  If it is too wet, we will be happy to reschedule your party, or if necessary, provide a refund.

 

Trained Service animals are welcome.  Comfort or emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted at Butler’s Orchard.  

 

Portable restrooms are located a short walk from the party areas.
