Plan your party or next group get-together on our Farm!  Ideal for birthdays, bridal or baby showers, graduation parties, church groups, team parties, family celebrations and more.

All Party Reservations (excluding Campfire Party Sites) at Butler’s Orchard include:

  • A covered, reserved picnic space with 5 picnic tables for your group that includes access to electricity
  • Full access to our 5 acre Farm Park where you can:
    • Swoosh down the Giant Slides
    • Climb on the Wooden Play Structures
    • Ride the Pedal Tractors
    • Race the Rubby Ducky Derby
    • Visit our Barnyard Buddies


Food packages and food items can be ordered online when making your reservation
or by calling the office at 301-428-0444. 

  • PICNIC MEAL ($8/$9 per person)
    • Choose Jumbo Hot Dog ($8) or Hamburger/Cheeseburger/Pulled Pork ($9)
    • Chips (substitute cold side or baked beans $1/person)
    • Juice Box/Water/Soda
  • PIZZA MEAL ($10/$11 per person)
    • 2 slices of hand tossed pizza, choose Cheese ($10) or Pepperoni ($11)
    • Chips (substitute salad or cold side for $1/person)
    • Juice Box/Water/Soda
  • DELI MEAL ($10 per person)
    • Assorted sandwiches (turkey with pepper jack, ham and Swiss, roast beef and provolone)
    • Chips (substitute cold side for $1/ person)
    • Juice Box/Water/Soda
  • Apple Cider Donuts: $14/dozen
  • Cookie/Brownie: $1
  • Kettle Corn:  $7.00/ 14 ounce bag

Cold sides: red skin potato salad, house made coleslaw, salad

You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol). Grills are not permitted.

As the fields on the Farm change with each season, so do the activity options for a party at Butler’s Orchard.  Please refer to the 2021 dates below to see the Seasonal options that are available for you and your guests!



March 27, 28, 30, 31 and April 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 11
(we are closed April 4th, Easter Sunday)

Host your small group event in our Bunnyland Barn!  The Barn is located in the Farm Park and close to all the Bunnyland activities yet provides privacy and a reserved space to gather with family and friends.  

There are 3 time slots available for your reservation.  Each reservation is 2 hours, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the Bunnyland activities before/after your reservation time but we do ask that you clear the picnic space by the end of your specified reservation. 

Bunnyland Barn Reservation Times:
9:30 am –  11:30 am
12:00 pm –  2:00 pm
2:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Admission to Bunnyland is not included and must be purchased separately for each guest.
All guests, including hosts/hostesses and guests of honor must pay Bunnyland admission  ($10/person).  You may purchase tickets for your guests and email them ahead of your party. 

Weather Policy
Bunnyland is a weather dependent event. If Butler’s Orchard closes Bunnyland for the day due to weather, we are happy to help you reschedule your party or we will refund your reservation fee. Tickets for entry may be used for any Bunnyland date or may be returned by the party host only for a refund through our office.



April 17 through May 30, every Saturday & Sunday

While our crops are soaking up the Spring sunshine and ripening for our regular picking season, you can still enjoy all our Farm Park has to offer!

Pre-Harvest Party Reservation times:
9:30 am – 12:00 pm
12:30 pm – 3:00 pm
3:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Each group is allowed 2 ½ hours from scheduled start time, cleanup and setup included.   Please plan accordingly.

Each reservation is $150 and includes up to 25 people (under 12 months is free).  Additional guests can be added for $15/person.

$100 – Add a trolley ride! Even though you are unable to trolley out to the fields to pick, you can still arrange a 20 minute tractor driven wagon/trolley tour around the Farm!

$245 – Potential to add Strawberry picking!  Depending on Mother Nature’s timeline, there is a possibility that our Strawberry crop will be ripe and ready to pick on some of these dates – but there is no guarantee!  If Strawberries are available to pick on the date of your party, you will have the option to add a picking activity to your party.  The price to add picking with be $245 (if you have more than 25 guest, there will be a $15/person charge for the additional guests above 25) and will include:

  • A private, guided tractor driven wagon/trolley ride to the Strawberry field.
  • Each member of your group will receive their own container to fill with fresh strawberries to take home.




June 5 through September 19, every Saturday & Sunday

Your Party will begin with a private, guided, tractor-driven wagon/trolley ride to a Pick Your Own field.  Enjoy picking the crop of the season in a private section of the field.  Each member of your group will receive their own container to fill with the fresh crop to take home.  Learn directly from a Butler employee about the Farm and the crop you are picking. After picking you will return to your reserved picnic space where you can enjoy our 5 Acre Farm Park.

If your party exceeds 25 guests, there is $15.00/person fee for each additional guest.

Pick Your Own Party reservation times:
9:30 am – 12:00 pm
12:30 pm – 3:00 pm
3:30 pm – 6:00 pm
6:30 pm – 9:00 pm (Fridays and Saturdays during Sunset Picking only)

Each group is allowed 2 ½ hours from scheduled start time, cleanup and setup included.   Please plan accordingly.

All crops subject to availability. Dates are approximate. Weather conditions and demand determine the supply of our crops. 
June – Strawberries
Late June and July – Blueberries or Flowers
July and August – Thorn free Blackberries or Flowers
August and September – Raspberries, Apples, Flowers, Potatoes, Sweet Cherry Tomatoes or Sweet Peppers



September 25 through October 31, every Saturday & Sunday and Columbus Day

Host your small group event at one of our Campfire Party Sites! It’s the ideal location to gather with friends and family and enjoy Butler’s Pumpkin Festival activities.  Each site includes a Campfire, perfect for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! All sites are reserved and paid for in advance.

A credit card is required and will be charged at the time you make your reservation.  You will receive an email confirmation.

Please bring all paper goods, table coverings, and any decorations that you would like to use.  All decorations must be disposed of or taken with you when you vacate your picnic space.

Trash cans and recycling bins are provided.  We ask that your site be left in the same condition as you found it.  We will take away all bagged trash.

You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol).  Grills are not permitted.

Water balloons and pinatas are not permitted.

Portable restrooms located a short walk from the picnic area.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will provide a full refund 30 days or more before your event
  • 50% refund 14- 29 days before your event
  • No refund less than 14 days prior to your event.  We are happy to help you reschedule.
  • If there is any doubt about the weather the morning of your party, please call us.  In most cases, we can provide covered space for you if a stray shower moves through the area.  If it is too wet, we will be happy to reschedule your party, or if necessary, provide a refund.


Trained Service animals are welcome.  Comfort or emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted at Butler’s Orchard.
