We are a vibrant working farm open to visitors for Pick-your-own activities, Family Festivals and Farm Park fun.  Butler’s Orchard is a great place to gather a large group for a casual, outdoor event. Located in the Agricultural Reserve of Montgomery County, Butler’s Orchard is an attractive destination for your guests! We have large open spaces and several buildings that are available to host private special events. The date, time, number of guests, and the activities you want to include in your event, all contribute to the cost and space available at the Farm.

Some of our more popular packages are described below. Additional options and add-ons are available. Please take a look and then get in touch with our Office to begin planning a memorable event at Butler’s Orchard.

Private Special Event Add-ons:

A scenic tractor-pulled hay wagon/trolly wagon ride around the Farm.
A selection of freshly baked bakery items from Butler’s Orchard (pies, apple cider donuts, kettle corn).
Would you like to create a personalized takeaway for your guests? Work with our Farm Market for something unforgettable!
Work with our preferred catering vendors for a delicious meal.
Doc Water’s Hard Cider (a local cidery owned by the Butler Family)

Evening Hayloft Party Package  $999.00
(plus refundable security deposit $250.00)
Space for 4 hours (starting at 6pm when the Farm closes to the General Public). Includes 100 people (additional guests may be added for a fee).  12 picnic tables, 1 bonfire.  Perfect casual outdoor space for your party!

Evening Party Barn Package $499.00
(plus refundable security deposit $250.00)
Space for 4 hours (starting at 6pm when the Farm closes to the General Public). Includes up to 50 people (additional guests up to 75 people may be added for a fee).  6 picnic tables, 1 bonfire.  Easy entertaining, add food and have fun!
