Each reservation starts with your own private Bonfire Site and goes from there!
There is a maximum of 50 people per site reservation; if you have more than 50 people you must make an additional site reservation. If you reserve multiple sites, you will be able to stay together.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages!
No matter what time you reserve your site for, you are welcome to stay and enjoy your private site until 11:00 pm when the Farm closes. Enough firewood to last 2 – 2 1/2 hours is included with your reservation, but depending on how long you plan to stay, consider adding extra firewood to your reservation to insure your fire will last for your entire event. We ask that you plan to have your site clean and be ready to depart the Farm by 11:00 pm. If you would like to stay past 11:00 pm, extended time may be added to your reservation but MUST be arranged and paid for before the day of your reservation.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION FOR HOSTS AND GUESTS
Plan to arrive at Butler’s Orchard 15 minutes before your reservation time to check in at the Farm Market parking lot. If your Reservation includes a Hayride, your ride is scheduled to BEGIN at your RESERVATION TIME. Hayrides will not be held to accommodate guests that arrive late. When you check in with our staff, you will be given directions to your private bonfire site – we have many sites on the Farm and you may not be the only group enjoying the Farm at the time of your reservation. Please make sure all your guests know to check in with our staff when they arrive with the name on the reservation 15 minutes before the reservation time, they will be given directions to the Site. We ask that you do not gather in the Farm Market parking lot but drive directly to your site.

Enough firewood to burn for approximately 2 – 2 1/2 hours. Depending on how long you plan to stay (the Farm is open until 11:00 pm), consider adding extra firewood to your reservation to insure your fire will last for your entire event. Our staff will set your fire and light it for you, but you are responsible for maintaining it.
The basic site is for up to 25 people (children under age 2 are not included). Additional guests can be added for $15/person. We also offer sites for up to 50 people (which would include an additional picnic table). Maximum 50 people per site reservation.

Butler’s Orchard Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: 30 days or more before your reservation
50% Refund: 14-29 days before your reservation
No Refund: less than 14 days prior to your reservation
We are happy to help you reschedule to avoid cancellation charges.
Weather Policy
Often, a rainy day will turn into a beautiful evening, so we encourage a wait and see approach when it comes to weather. Wagons, hay and wood are all kept dry and ready to go! We will typically decide on the day of your reservation if Bonfires and Hayrides need to be cancelled due to weather. If you have any questions concerning weather please call us. The Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so please use option 3 to speak to the Market staff. If Butler’s decides your Hayride or Bonfire is cancelled on the day of your reservation due to weather, we will contact you and work with you to reschedule for another day or we can issue a full refund. If you do not hear from us, then the Farm is open and our staff will be expecting you. Refunds will not be issued if the Farm is open and there are no changes to the evening events schedule.
Butler’s Orchard reserves the right to request any individual or entire group to leave the premises. Circumstances may include: behaving in a non-family friendly manner, endangering the health and safety of the Orchard’s patrons or employees, interfering/infringing on the rights of others, or damaging the grounds, its facilities and/or furnishings.
Group Hosts are responsible to restore any damage, other than normal wear and tear expected from the Guests activities, which you or your group may cause to any Butler’s Orchard property.
It is the Group Host’s responsibility to ensure that your event site is cleaned and returned to its original condition. Groups will be charged an additional flat fee of $250 if Butler’s Orchard needs to clean after an event. This is separate from, and in addition to, the above damages clause.
A Butler’s Orchard employee will extinguish all fires at closing time (11:00 pm) unless extended time has been pre-arranged through the office.
