We are seeking a full time Senior Bookkeeper to join our office team!

Job Responsibilities:
All finance/accounting functions customarily included in a company of this size including, but not limited to:
· Reporting directly to Finance manager
· Monthly reporting of financial statements
· In-house payroll processing for 150-200 part time employees
· Manage banking and CPA communications.
· Accounts payable/accounts receivable,
· Daily/weekly financial entries
· Cashflow Management
· Assist management and owner with other financial related matters.
Required Experience:
· Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably for a retail business
· Experienced pragmatic business thinker and problem solver
· Proactive in keeping abreast of key financial matters.
· Skills and experience in human resources a plus
· Technologically savvy
· Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel
· Self-directed with positive attitude and well organized
Compensation & Benefits:
· $22-$28 / hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
· 10 days Paid Time off
